Sometimes clients experience sudden changes or difficult experiences that are challenging to navigate alone, which can leave them feeling lost and overwhelmed. For many—especially those from culturally diverse or neurodivergent backgrounds—there is often an added hesitation to seek mental health treatment, stemming from fears of being misunderstood or not having their experiences validated. These barriers can make it even more difficult to pursue their goals and engage in the activities that matter most to them.

I specialize in working with Culturally Diverse Communities and neurodivergent individuals who are navigating trauma or life transitions. My therapeutic practice centers on cultural humility and neuro-affirming care, recognizing the unique challenges these communities face. I utilize an integrative, holistic approach that is personalized and collaborative throughout the therapeutic process to assist clients through these experiences.

Over the past two years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults from neurodiverse and culturally diverse backgrounds across a variety of settings. In these roles, I have supported clients as they process trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. My integrative approach weaves together techniques from Art Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor each intervention to fit the unique needs of every individual I serve.

As an LPC Resident, I am committed to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where culturally diverse clients  and neurodivergent clients feel seen, respected, and supported. By fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding, I strive to help clients achieve their personal goals and feel confident in navigating whatever challenges they face.

If you are ready to start this journey with me, our practice offers free 15-minute consultation calls to determine whether we will be a good fit for treatment together. I offer Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling, both in person and virtual, for children (6+), teens, and adults.

As an LPC resident, my areas of focus include Trauma, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Neurodiverse, and culturally diverse Clients.

Outside of therapy I spend my time reading with a cup of tea, attempting to keep my vegetable garden alive, and annoying my cat. I also enjoy taking art and baking classes in my free time to learn more creative skills. My favorite hobby of all is travel! Whether it’s a short day trip or an international excursion I love to explore new places and experience new cultures. I find the world and its people to be so beautiful.
