Karintha Cary, Resident in Counseling
Many clients feel overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure how to process difficult experiences such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, or major life stressors. They may struggle to express themselves verbally or feel disconnected from their emotions.
Karintha takes a person-centered and creative approach to therapy, integrating traditional talk therapy with art therapy techniques to help clients safely explore and express their experiences.
She strives to create a supportive, safe, and empowering space where clients feel understood and can build insight, emotional regulation skills, and confidence in their ability to heal and grow.
